will he closed at 8:00 O’clock
Fees are determined annually by the Ministry of Education and should be paid as follows:
1st Installment on (15th of August).
2nd Installment on (11th of Dec.).
All copybooks should be covered in plastic cover as follows:

a) On buses
Buses will wait only for two minutes. Act
like reasonable young people on the buses and follow these
rules of conduct
1) Use proper language.
2) Behave decently on the bus.
3) Administration should be informed if there is any problem.
4) Students are to remain in their seats.
5) Students are to keep their heads and hands inside the bus.
6) Eating, drinking and chewing gum are not permitted on the
bus.
7) Students are not to change the bus stop without a written
request signed by the parent and approved by the Headteacher
Offence:
Student not abiding by the above regulations will be deprived from the bus service for a period from one day up to a permanent dismissal according to the seriousness of the situation
B) Classroom Rules
Students are expected to
* Keep their desks clean and tidy
* Be respectful to other students when they are speaking.
* Bring along all their tools, books and copybooks to avoid
borrowing from their classmates
* Keep their classroom walls and floor clean
* Not to eat during lessons.
* Throw litter in basket.
* Wait for the teacher inside the class
* Collect their books, copybooks and tools before they leave
the classes for the break or for any activity lesson
Homework
Students who neglect doing their H. W. will be punished by reducing
marks every time they come to school with their homework undone
c) Playground and Recess rules
* Students are to follow the instructions of the recess supervisors
* Students are to respect each other in the playground.
* Students should go outdoors for recess time. However, if for some medical reasons the student cannot participate in outdoor recess, the student should bring a note from the parent.
* If there is a request for a period of 3 days or longer for indoor recess, the student should bring a note from the doctor.
* Violence and Fighting are strictly forbidden.
a) Uniform
The school uniform must be worn daily. Proper school uniform implies that the following notices should be taken into consideration by students. They should come to school in:
1) A clean and ironed uniform.
2) Clean and polished shoes.
3) Plain and flat shoes.
b) Proper Appearance
1) Tidy hair and short clean nails, “No nail polish”.
2) No fancy hair bands / accessories.
3) No make - up of any kind.
4) No hair styles / hair dies.
Offences
1st offence: He/She will not attend first lesson.
2nd offence: He/She will be dismissed for a day.

Attendance and Excuses
Regular attendance is important
School starts at 7: 45 am.
Please make sure your child comes on time. For repeated offences the procedure will be as follows:
1st offence: Verbal warning
2nd offence: Written warning.
3rd offence: Written warning that he/she will not attend the first lesson
4th offence: He/She will be suspended for 1 day.
In case of excuses:
1) He/She must first receive written permission from the Headmistress.
2) Students must be picked up from the headmistress office and not from class.
Discipline Policy
1) Students are expected to speak in English at school at all times.
2) Students are expected to treat all staff members with respect and decency.
3) Students should walk, never run up and down stairs or in the corridors.
4) Students are expected to complete all assignments (C.W. & H.W.)
set by the teachers.
5) Students should not damage school property including buildings, classrooms or buses.
6) Students are not allowed to bring electronic equipment to school. This includes mobile phones, CD players, walkman and Game Boy.
Students who bring unacceptable devices to school risk having them taken away and they will only be returned at the end of the year.
School Health Service
* Full time, competent, qualified doctor is available throughout the school day to deal with all emergencies.
* Parents are required to contact the school doctor regarding medication so that proper procedure can be followed.
* For the well - being of all school children, if your child is absent for a contagious illness, he/she must see the school doctor before attending classes again.
