Academy |
Thebes Academy as a private non-profit educational organization
was established in 1990 in the wake of the new Egyptian Government
policy to encourage higher education in the private sector.
Many higher education institutes in Egypt were waiting for
the opportunity to establish a proper private university
once the government decided to examine the application files.
The ITA has one of the earliest approved applications. The
ITA is one of the limited accredited private institutions
in Egypt. The Academy consists of three Higher Institutes:

Purpose
and Goals
The purpose of Thebes American College in Cairo is to
provide a progressive American education for grades nursery – 12.
Thebes American College in Cairo strives to promote understanding
and appreciation of the world’s diverse cultures.
ITACC, also, endeavours to develop in each student:
• The basic skills and fundamental processes of
learning, including reading, mathematics,communication skills, research, and utilization of information;
